I'm within_a_dream on AO3, and I can beta fic. I can do SPAG and general plotting and flow help. I'll be available through the entire writing period, although it may take me up to a week to get back to you. Feel free to share as a Google Doc or any sort of text file.

I won't read anything centering on pregnancy, but any content other than that is fair game!

I'm slashmarks (basketofnovas) on AO3, and I can beta fic. I'm happy to do SPAG, higher level prose flow issues, plot and characterization - basically most things that aren't technical expertise in a particular subject. If you happen to be trying to do something complicated, I can also help with formatting involving esoteric features of Word and some html (used to be part of my job).

I'm available most of the time up to about the morning of the deadline, provided your work is 5k and under; if it's over that, please give me at least a few days pre-deadline. I'm not willing to beta works significantly longer than 15k.

I use LibreOffice, so word (.doc and .docx), .odt and any other file types LibreOffice is compatible with are fine. I can also use Google Drive.

I'm slightly iffy on abuse and mental illness in fiction - go ahead and ask me, I may even be able to give advice on realism, but depending on the specifics I might have to decline. I am not willing to beta fic that includes graphic description of body fluids other than blood (eg. onscreen vomiting.)

Availability: I'm generally available right until the deadline. I do need some time to work, especially for longer or more complicated things.

Content restrictions: Will beta any content. Please mention generally disturbing content up front so that I know to expect it.
At this point I am unlikely to be able to beta stories over 10k, sorry. If you can't find anyone else, though, maybe I can give a longer story a very light beta.
I can do detailed grammar/flow/sense critique, or comments on general plot & story shape, or whatever.
