Getting Ready for Reveals

It's okay, they're still a few days (and a lot of pinch hitter effort) away. If all goes well, the collection will open at 10am EDT, Sunday 12 June (and see countdown).

In the meantime, if you've posted a work, please check
-that all of it is there! No weird cut-offs, no borked code, please make sure it's the right draft;
-that it does not include your recipient's DNWs;
-that if your recipient asked for a music video, you based your work on the music video and not just the lyrics;
-that it is for a medium your recipient requested in the same request as the song/MV you're creating for.

Please also tag your work with the music video or song you created for, in the format [Title] - [Artist] ([Song/Music Video]), just as it appears in your assignment - this will help the AO3 volunteers who wrangle the tags.

For editing thoughts, we have some volunteers (thank you) at the beta post.


If the above is good, I invite you to consider treats! They do not have to meet the same size minimums as an assignment. Please check through mods if you're not sure if someone wants a particular medium. Otherwise treat away.

Just before reveals, your mods will also put up a playlist of all of the songs and music videos for which works have been created.
