Have you confirmed that "Poisoning Pigeons in the Park" is for the video and not the song?

The nomination was for the music video. Is that weird? (I mean, the best I can guess is: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=yhuMLpdnOjY )

It seems odd to fic that music video rather than the song, which makes me wonder it was an error on the nominator's part.
