jukebox_festI HAVE OVERCOME! Which is to say, I have made a playlist of all the nominated songs/videos/etc that are available on youtube! \o/
I used the links from the tables, but had to make some substitutions. if there wasn't a youtube link given, I hunted one up, so the versions might not be exact. This is the Canadian edition, because not all the links were viewable in Canada, so I subbed in versions that were.
If your nomination wasn't available, then it isn't on the list. Sorry!
I may have missed things (the playlist is 461 videos @_@), so please let me know if I did, or if you would like me to (try) and swap out something for a different version.
