Fair. I think I was going off on a tangent about the scenario the rule was designed to protect against rather than directly addressing your scenario in my second paragraph.
We'll keep the rule for the sake of consistency for now, but I'll weigh up the pros and cons for next time. I am not sure I have entirely thought out the risks of including pieces like yours. After all, I suppose if someone doesn't feel confident offering it for you, they... won't.
