In the intro, the presenter introduces the singer (name + a comment about her costume) and the puppet gets very excited to see her because she's its favourite. The song is a love song with fairytale motifs that are very up to interpretation. In the outro, the presenter says that the song sounds like a fairytale and asks her if "Ludovic" likes fairytales, then they talk about how Ludovic sings and dances (Ludovic is the singer's son but they don't actually say it outright in the outro, just mention him by name).
The reason I want to request this video is 100% aesthetic, I just think the fairytaley-lyrics with the prince costume, the presenter's haircut, the rose garden, the cartoon mascot all scream vintage shoujo anime and that is the bulk of my planned request (I was even considering only requesting art for this one, not sure yet). I totally understand if this blurs the RPF line too much to qualify though!
