2016 Sign-Ups are Open

jukebox_festHere is the sign-up form. Welcome to this year's challenge! Sign-ups will close at 11:59PM EDT 6 April (see what time that is for you).
Please skim the rules and schedule before signing up. The rules are a little different every year.
You can request 3-8 canons, and offer 3-10 canons. If a canon doesn't appear in the drop-down menu when you go to enter it, you can copy and paste it from the tag set and press enter.
Each of your requests and offers must be tagged with 1-3 of the labels "Fanfic", "Podfic", and "Fanart".
If you wish to offer podfic and you want to team up with someone else for writing or recording, you can indicate your interest at this Dreamwidth post or this LiveJournal post.
Your requests have a space for optional details. Your gift creator doesn't have to follow your prompts. They do have to respect any Do-Not-Wants (like "no pregnancy" "no scat" "no rainbows").
Your requests also have a space for a letter link, if you want to provide one. I will put up letter posts shortly. If you are writing a letter, please have it complete and unlocked by the end of 10 April.
I will make requests visible on AO3 when the assignments go out - they are set to not-visible for now.
An ineligible canon
It seems I approved Dvořák's New World Symphony and I shouldn't have - that is too long. Sorry. I am removing it from the tag set and the tables, but if the nominator wishes to make an argument that a single movement stands on its own sufficiently, I'll put it back in. Jukebox pieces need to be 20 minutes or shorter.
