It's on his album Another Side from 2007. The arrangement is pretty much the same, although he doesn't actually manage to make the word "flew" into two syllables the way Carly did. I do think that it takes on a whole other subtext when sung by an openly gay man and I'd love to see someone flesh that out in a fic.
