And another one:

Shira by Miri Masika Link: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=RJblMmTWqlY

You who know not to distinguish between right and wrong
Every day you’re crashing, never knowing were it came from
Every story you create is a maze with now way out
You hunger to grow up, but you will always be a child.

You how strive to touch the starlight in your hand
Never sleep at night, working all hour of the day
Going from one doomed affair to the next
Burred down from inside our, like a cigarette

Shira, your life will await you
The day will die with the coming dawn
And you will remember no longer
The things I’ve forgotten to talk with you about

Perhaps one day you will get of the roller coaster
Perhaps one day you’ll stop filling your lungs with smoke
Just stand quietly before a mirror for a moment
Let it – let yourself – see how beautiful you are

This song is talking about a young woman who is trying to find herself and is failing, who is trying to grow up and is does not quite managed that. She is burned down from inside, and sees no beauty in herself or her
surrounding.

However, the singer here is telling her that her life is waiting for her, and there is hope yet, and that everything will be all right. It’s a song of hope
