I approved some programmatic works last year because they were tied to a clear theme; the Rhapsody seems much more abstract. I speak from a place of musical ignorance, but I'm listening to the YouTube link you gave, with commentary*, and "immense rhythmic vitality" or "this piece is like a white shirt, or like pasta, it goes with everything" seems like a difficult place to begin a fiction response. (Maybe art would be easier?)
